In 1990, SFPM was involved in the property management of the first residential of foreign-sales in Shanghai. We began to build relationships of joint venture or cooperation like with Taiwan YI-Sheng Building Property Management Company, Johnson Controls of USA and CPG EMS in 1992, by which we gradually set up an international standardization system and a wealth of operational experiences of localization.
