工作内容work content: 1. 控制计划的更新与监督执行。Updating, supervision and execution of control plan 2. 生产过程问题的处理。Handling of production process problems. 3. 产品一次合格率的提升，减少报废率及返工率。Improve the FPY, reduce scrappage and rework rate. 4. 执行过程审核及产品审核。Executing process and product audit. 5. 优化过程控制方法，对检验员及生产人员进行必要的培训。 Optimize process control method, conduct training for inspectors and production personnel 6. 工厂内不合格品流程的监控管理。Monitoring and management of non-conformance products 7. 生产过程中变更管理的监控。Supervision of change management during production. 8. 过程能力的统计及预防措施的组织管理。Statistics of process capability and organization management of precautionary measures. 9. 其他上级领导安排的工作事项。Other jobs assigned by the superior. 任职资格Qualification: 教育背景education background: ◆ 工科本科以上学历。Bachelor degree or above 培训经历Training experience: ◆IATF 16949 VDA6.3；VDA 6.5 经 验Experience: ◆5年以上汽车行业质量工作经验；有汽车行业一级供应商经验3年以上。 At least 5 years quality working experience in automotive industry; At least 3 years experience as a first-class supplier in automotive industry. 技能技巧ability and skills: ◆ 质量5大工具的使用Use of five tool of quality 8D，PDCA等问题分析能力；Problem analytical ability of 8D, PDCA. 精益生产的基本知识Basic knowledge of lean production 英语作为工作语言Take English as working language 态 度Attitude: ◆ 积极的团队精神。Positive teamwork spirit ◆ 英语可作为工作语言！English can be used as a working language！ ◆工作中有一定的体力需求。There is a certain physical demand in work.
