Position Summary: This position is responsible for external customer service job. 本岗位负责嘉兴工厂的外部销售的客服工作 Major Responsibilities: 1. Builds relationships with other internal functions to facilitate timely issue resolution. 与工厂各部门建立紧密的合作关系，及时处理和解决客诉问题 2. Customer questions and problems are addressed in a satisfactory and timely manner 及时反馈客户提出的疑问和问题 3. Customer specifications are maintained accurately. 准确维护客户的要求 4. Ensure quotes provided to customers are accurate and consistent. 确保报价的准确性和一致性 5. Facilitate online sales 为线上销售提供服务 6. Ensure timely completion of customer inquiries and orders 及时完成客户询价的处理和订单的录入 7. Continuous Improvement and customer care quality 持续改进，提高客户服务质量 Required Education / Experience / Skills: -Bachelor Degree or equivalent related experience 本科或者同等学历及经验 -3+ yrs Experience, Fluent in English 3年以上工作经验，英语流利 -Skills：International Trading /Excellent Office Software Skills/ L/C skills/Customer Service Skills 外贸专业/Office 软件熟练(透视表)/客服经验/熟悉L/C 业务流程并有实际经验 联系电话：0573-83939886
