Professional knowledge: ？ Strong inter-personal communication skills, good pressure management skills ？ Strong at project management, have proven excellent executional ability to drive projects from concept to commercialization within timeline and budget. ？ Strong at build up the relationship and connect with cross function team and key stakeholders locally. ？ Have positive and forward thinking, is a self-starter. ？ Competent at working with working software CAD, Tops PRO, Artioscad is preferred. ？ Possess established R&D mindset and build-in methodology, with lean 6-sigma methodology is a plus ？ Good written and spoken English is a plus. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES： ？ Responsible for leading packaging development of projects and driving Faster /Stronger/Better initiatives for BYND products ？ Execute PKG tests at factory and/or supplier site, and work closely with cross function teams to ensure project delivery on time in full ？ Co-work with marketing and sales team to drive innovation agenda and build up pkg hopper for long term innovation ？ Interact with suppliers to co-drive long term PKG innovation, Productivity and sustainability initiatives ？ Prepare, update Process Sheet, Process SPEC to support daily factory production ？ Others items assigned for quick business support Qualification: Bachelor degree and above good written and spoken English is a plus 3~5 years on flexible packaging or Foods manufactory industries (preferred working in R&D) with materials, formats, processes, packaging requirements, testing, and standards
