KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Provide timely and high-quality administrative support to Air Moving sales team. 2.Be responsible for order handling and processing; 3.Be responsible for weekly sales data summary, sales staff performance summary, sales staff weekly report collection; 4.Be Responsible for weekly project pipeline summary and follow-up, weekly agent development related data collection and planning; 5.Coordinate sales team meetings and take meeting minutes and follow up the progress; 6.Assist sales leaders to prepare required PPT and documents; 7.Other tasks as assigned by Air Moving Director; PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field Business Administration or related field (or relevant experience in lieu of degree) 2.1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role ( Excellent fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. ); Experience supporting business leaders in a global organization is highly preferred 3.Workable written and verbal communication skills in bilingual of English and Chinese, be able to effectively communicate with internal/external customers. 4.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration software such as MS Teams, SharePoint and One Drive is essential.
